Biography
HE Gabriel Abed is the Ambassador of Barbados to the United Arab Emirates. He is also the founder of Abed Ventures, a business that incubates and accelerates blockchain regulatory technology (RegTech) and governance technology (GovTech) companies
that address global governance and development challenges. HE Gabriel Abed is also a Founding Member of the Global Blockchain Business Council and Chairman of the Caribbean Blockchain Alliance.
