Ghadeer Makki is an accomplished Dairy Scientist and R&D leader with over 15 years of experience in product innovation and dairy process optimization. She currently serves as Director of R&D at Fairlife LLC in Chicago, US where she leads the company's innovation strategy and research initiatives. Previously, she held progressive R&D roles at Fairlife and served as Product Innovation Lead at Beyti (a joint venture of PepsiCo and Almarai) in Egypt. She brings deep expertise in dairy science, biopreservation, and functional ingredient development, with dual Master's degrees in Food Science from Cornell University and currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a concentration on Strategic Management, alongside multiple peer-reviewed publications and patents in dairy processing innovation.
