Diagnosed with type 1.5 diabetes when he was 14, Kedia founded A Diabetic Chef in 2020. The food company produces and sells zero-sugar confectionery like chocolates, spreads and gummies. Kedia claims the company's most popular products are its sugar-free dark and white Belgian chocolates, available in over 300 stores in India and abroad and on 60 e-commerce websites. A TEDx speaker and author, Kedia wants to make his company a one-stop solution for all diabetic needs.
