Hisham Hassan is an educator, food policy maker, auditor, inspector, public speaker, food scientist, and food enthusiast. He holds a Master's degree in food safety with a certification in international food laws and regulations from Michigan State University and The Institute for Food Laws and Regulations. Hisham is a Member of NSF International’s food safety advisory council.
