With an international culinary background spanning Italy, Denmark, Germany, the Seychelles, Qatar, and the UAE, Chef Ivan Lattanzio brings a refined yet grounded approach shaped by experience in high-end and fine-dining establishments. 

He has been with Naughty Pizza Dubai since its Dubai opening in January 2023.  Ivan works closely with Esposito Forni, the artisanal Italian pizza oven brand with a regional hub in Dubai, as well as with Molini Pizzuti, one of Italy’s most respected flour producers. His work is defined by discipline, curiosity, and a genuine passion for sharing Italian pizza culture at the highest level.
