Jana Majzoub is the founder of Behind My Meals (www.behindmymeals.com) and a Food Safety & Nutrition Educator with over 15 years of experience in food science, hospitality, and public health education. She has taught at the American University of Beirut and led large-scale food safety initiatives with global organizations, retailers, and municipalities. Through Behind My Meals, Jana develops accessible training programs—such as Your Kitchen, My Priority—designed to help families and communities reduce toxic chemical exposure, improve food safety at home, and make healthier daily choices. She regularly delivers workshops, university lectures, and public awareness campaigns that bridge science with practical tools, empowering people to live healthier, safer lives.
