Joan Roca i Fontané stands as one of the most esteemed Spanish chefs, renowned for his role as the founder and head chef of El Celler de Can Roca, a culinary masterpiece that earned three Michelin stars in 2009. Rooted in a familial culinary legacy, Joan's journey began alongside his grandparents and parents in their family business—a traditional Catalan cuisine establishment.
