Mr. Erikçi holds Electrical Engineering and MBA degrees from Bilkent University / Turkey, Master's degree in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University / USA. He has 8 years of system engineering and marketing experience at a large electronics company. He worked as a business development executive in ErikTronik AS for another 7 years. He co-founded tarla.io (agronomy data) and iklim.co (climate change adaptation) that receives international recognition by EU, UNDP and UN COP23 Climate Conference. Lately, Mr. Erikçi has co-founded Biftek.co which produces growth medium supplements for the cultured meat ecosystem which is considered the next big thing in climate change mitigation – removing animals from the food system. He believes climate, agriculture, and food systems are highly interdependent hence he works in startups that try to ease the burden of people on earth.
