Katerina Papatryfon is the Co-founder & CMO of Sprout, a provider of nutrition-science based food for kids, in the UAE. Sprout was founded in May 2019 and officially launched in March 2020. Katerina initially joined Sprout as a digital consultant helping bridge the gap from online to little people’s plates. Inspired by Sprout’s mission to create a generation free of preventable lifestyle diseases, and Founder Oz’s Erbas passion for food, science and nutrition, she joined Sprout as a co-founder shortly after. As a parent, Katerina understood the challenges parents faced when it came to their children’s diets and wanted to help them navigate the world of nutrition, based on scientific evidence and making that knowledge accessible through digital platforms. A Marketing Technologist by profession, her strength lies in building teams that bridge the gap between business, technology and creative. Katerina works on highlighting business objectives, turning them into impactful and digital interactions, by using digital tactics, data and analytics to enhance user experience. Katerina graduated with a major in Advertising & Design from FIT in New York City and started her professional career in New York City. She has over 15 years of experience in developing various digital and tech ecosystems across platforms and channels for Fortune 500 companies such as Ford, Lincoln, and Nestle.
