Keary is a business consultant working primarily with organisations in hospitality, tourism and the food and beverage sector to design and implement sustainability into their DNA. Her experience in sales, marketing, operations and people performance has enabled an international career across a wide range of industries. As an advocate of sustainability, Keary was instrumental in bringing the Food Made Good initiative to the UAE restaurant industry and continues to support the hospitality industry in multiple capacities including training and development. Keary holds an MBA, is an Associate Fellow with the Higher Education Academy and an academic researcher.
