Biography
Massimo consulted for many major culinary events, and always delivered the best truffles to some of the best restaurants in America. He promoted truffles in many venues such as James Beard Foundation, The Save Venice Foundation, and many inaugural ceremonies. He often appeared on CNN, talking about the truffle industry, presenting the largest truffle imported to America about 2.2 pounds, and later commenting on the "US imposed tariffs" that disturbed the industry.
