With over 14 years experience in the food service industry, starting in restaurants in 2008 and then moving to equipment manufacture in 2010 and moving to Dubai in 2016. Matthew took the role of Regional Director with Unox in 2018, managing the territory of Middle East, Africa and India. With his love of both cooking and engineering, Unox was the perfect fit due to their innovation and drive for success, since 2018 his region has been one of the fastest growing in the multinational company, while presiding over new offices in Saudi Arabia and New Delhi and a fourfold increase in employees.
