Chef Rabih Al Aaraj has been part of MKN since 2012, where he plays a key role in product demonstration and culinary presentations, showcasing MKN’s innovative cooking solutions. With a strong background across hotels, standalone restaurants, airline catering operations, labor catering, and large-scale event catering Rabih combines hands-on culinary expertise with a deep understanding of operational requirements. At MKN, he works closely with chefs and culinary professionals across multiple sectors to build strong relationships and drive product demand throughout the GCC, Middle East, and Africa.
