About Chef
Rosalind Parsk wears the hat of both Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage at the iconic Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai with a total of 474 hotel rooms and 180 fully-furnished apartments. She is leading a team of 114 across 5 outlets including Feast, &MORE, Larimar, InRoom Dining and Banqueting. Her achievements are the culmination of 18 years of hard work and graft. Graduating from Westminster Kingsway College, London in 2004, Rosalind set her sights on becoming the best that she could possibly be, joining Gordon Ramsey’s Michelin star restaurant at The Connaught Hotel. Intrigued by the rapid acceleration of the restaurant & bar scene in Dubai, she moved to the Middle East in 2007 and has been working here ever since. Her grit and dedication have led to her progress from Sous Chef to Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage with positions held at Rhodes Mezzanine, Grosvenor House, Dubai; Capital Club, DIFC; Cavalli Restaurant, Fairmont Hotel; The Ivy and Pier Chic before joining Marriott International at The Courtyard, Green Community and then onto her current role at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai. Her success is no coincidence but a true reflection of the efforts of an individual who has given 110% to their career and industry. Her contributions earned Rosalind a reputation as one of Dubai’s most talented female chefs and a worthy recipient of a place on the Women in F&B Power List 2022
