Biography
Based in Hilton’s MEA Regional Office in Dubai, Sebastian oversees culinary offerings in EMEA. He is responsible for identifying new trends, implementing campaigns and ensuring culinary excellence across Hilton’s portfolio. Sebastian started his career in his native Germany, quickly progressing to a Senior Sous Chef role at a Michelin star restaurant in London. In 2004, he moved to Dubai where he joined the Burj Al Arab in Dubai as Chef de Cuisine. Sebastian then took on an Executive Sous Chef role at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, and later moved to the US to serve as Executive Chef at the Fontainebleau Hotel Miami Beach.
