Sergei holds a degree in Dairy science and began his PhD studies at North Caucasus State Technical University in 2003. Over the last 20 years, he has taken on key roles in renowned global food companies such as Mars, PepsiCo, DANONE, and Kraft Heinz, where he led R&D and engineering teams across Europe, New Zealand, and the Middle East. In 2020, Sergei further enhanced his expertise by completing an MBA in Innovation Management. For the past three years, he has been leading the R&D department at Al Ain Farms, driving innovation and sustainability agenda. His mission is to develop technologies and organize research and development processes to ensure the highest quality food products that promote healthy nutrition.
