With over fifteen years of experience across the CPG value chain, he began his career working closely with on-ground sales, distribution and retail operations before moving into building large-scale digital platforms for commercial teams.

Sharoon leads cross-functional commercial, product and engineering teams that digitize route to market, field execution and retail visibility for FMCG and F&B brands. His work focuses on translating practical commercial challenges into scalable technology that improves availability, enhances distributor efficiency, and enables data-driven decision-making for organizations operating in emerging markets.
