Starry has over 10 years of experience in luxury hotels and has managed several award-winning Chinese restaurants in Dubai. Now, together with her partner Xini, she has continued her journey in hospitality by launching UAE’s only Chinese supper club, Five Spice. Opening its door in January 2025, Five Spice curates authentic and holistic Chinese home-dining experiences for the local audiences. It brings genuine Chinese cooking and dining etiquette to the table, while showcasing how deeply food & tea are rooted in Chinese culture. Five Spice also advocates for the authenticity of flavours, with a strong commitment to the local standards.
