Thembalethu Zulu is the new editor of Caterer Middle East - the go-to platform for all things relating to the F&B industry. Themba, as she is more commonly known, oversees the region’s most-trusted trade title, including print and digital, as well as working with a fantastic team on brand events.

An experienced editor and writer, she has worked across several leading titles, including the foremost weekly newspaper in South Africa, The Sunday Times. Over the course of her career, she has worked extensively across lifestyle, with a keen interest on travel, food, drinks and entertainment.

She said: “It’s an honour to be part of the biggest F&B event in the world, but being involved in Top Table and Chef Talks is definitely the cherry on the top.
