Thomas Neuburger joined his family business in 2025 as a fourth-generation entrepreneur. After studying in Vienna and gaining international experience in Australia and Germany, the trained lawyer chose a second education path as a mushroom grower and now leads the operational business of mushroom cultivation and vegetarian processing at Fungi Food Mushroom Products, working alongside his father to drive the company’s vision forward.
