Yarne De Munck is the Co-Founder and CEO of Polysense, a Ghent-based AI scale-up specializing in industrial quality control. A Computer Science and Electrical Engineering graduate and former Team Captain of UGent Racing, he leverages his expertise in autonomous systems and AI to drive the company’s strategic and financial growth. As the company’s primary spokesperson, he works with leading food companies including Agristo, Aljouf (JADCO), Lotus Biscoff, and La Lorraine Bakery Group to deploy computer vision solutions that significantly reduce waste in food production
