Russian Ice Cream Exports Surge by 40% in the First Half of 2025
In the first six months of 2025, Russian ice cream exports reached nearly 8,000 tons, with export revenues exceeding $36 million USD.
According to the center’s estimates, the volume of ice cream shipments increased by 13% in physical terms and by 40% in value compared to the same period in 2024. The growth is attributed to both the expansion of export geography and a rise in the average price of exported products.
