Santa Bremor Maties Herring
For the production of Maties products, Atlantic herring fillets are used, caught in
the autumn-winter period, when the fish reaches its maximum fat content and
acquires a truly rich taste.
Lightly salted Atlantic herring fillets, perfectly cut into bite-sized pieces for a quick
snack or for preparing various dishes.
