Seasoning Dashi Kelp Soup Stock
A seasoning soup stock based on kombu, various seasonings and bonito flakes are blended in a well-balanced granule-type Dashi base. Konbu stocks used in Japanese cuisine. It is known as Dashi in Japanese. It provides the savory flavor known as umami.
1 stick of Seasoning Kelp Dashi is enough for approximately 4 cups of miso soup. You can use it for various dishes such as soup, boiled tofu, simmered food, grilled food, tempura, and oden. If you add it in mentsuyu, the mellowness of kelp will increase.
