Varvello wanted to celebrate its 103 years by creating wine vinegars from mono-cultivar wines, such as Barbera vinegar from Piedmont, Barolo, Barbaresco, Chianti, Sangiovese, Lambrusco, Cabernet Sauvignon, Prosecco, Moscato, Pinot Grigio, soon Trebbiano will also be available, all vinegars sub-sequently matured in fine wooden barrels, from barriques to tonneau.
