Founded in 1950 by the late Mohammad Anabtawi in Nablus, Palestine, Al Arz Ice Cream began by producing ice for water cooling and food preservation. Over the decades, the company evolved into the leading frozen desserts manufacturer in Palestine, recognized for its consistent quality and strong heritage. In 2007, Al Arz expanded internationally, marking the start of its export journey. In 2009, it became the first ice cream and dairy producer in Palestine to obtain the HACCP global food safety certification. The company further reinforced its commitment to quality by achieving the Palestinian Quality Standards (PSI) certification in 2007 and the FSSC 22000 certification in 2022. Operating with state-of-the-art facilities and advanced production technology, Al Arz has a manufacturing capacity of up to 8 million liters per month. Today, the company exports its premium ice cream products to multiple international markets and continues to pursue strategic expansion globally, worldwide markets.
