Since the company was established in 1985 most of the manufacturing, trading, transporting and agricultural operations were operated by Hijazi and Ghosheh company , but due to the globally expansion achieved by the company which extended over than 25 countries, the company decided in 2021 to restructure its operations management , as all the manufacturing and foodstuffs trading operations has been referred under the management of Alhana Food industries L.L.C which is one of the company’s subsidiaries established in 2013 and was handling the operations of the company’s meat processing factories.
