Both our lines (conventional and organic) are dried slowly at low temperatures, to achieve great taste and cooking yield.
Our Egg Pasta Line is made with top quality durum wheat semolina and fresh barn eggs, while our Semolina Pasta Line is made with top quality durum wheat semolina and water from Piedmont.
The continuous search for the best ingredients has guided us towards the creation of the new Organic Pasta Line, our flagship product in the foreign market.
