The company produces s traditional tramezzini crustless bread in various weights and recipes, including whole grain, spelt, Arte Bianca’s crustless bread PAN PIUMA is made with just a few ingredients: flour, water, olive oil, natural yeast, malted cereal flour, and sea salt. It contains no animal fats, added sugars, or lactose, giving the product the authentic flavor of traditional fresh bread. Thanks to long leavening times and unique production technology, the bread is exceptionally soft and offers an extended shelf life. It is available both at room temperature and frozen.
