Ashbourne Meat Processors was founded in 1985 by Jim McMahon and Danny Houlihan with the grand ambition of sending the best of Irish Beef all over the world. Since then Ashbourne Meats has continually improved beef quality, built great relationships with our suppliers and forged great partnerships with our customers. Our commitment over the last four decades has seen our business expanded by means of expertise handed down through the generations. Ashbourne Meats has two locations in Ireland. In the heart of Ireland our Roscrea Plant IE382EC is a slaughtering plant with full offal recovery and large cold storage facility. Produces 80,000 cattle p.a. and employs 100 people. Our Naas plant is a deboning plant with a large cold storage facility. We are ideally positioned to deliver the finest cuts of beef to customers in Ireland and around the globe. Produces 1,200 qtrs per day and employs 100 people.
