Tahini is crafted using traditional stone milling and stored in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness. Today, Shaikh Alkar offers a wide range of sesame-based products—including halva, tahini, and bakery sesame seeds—distributed across Jordan and exported to more than 50% of our markets worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Australia, Morocco, the GCC, and Europe.
