As a specialist in innovative ingredients and high-quality cheese products – preferably organic – we are a global market leader in organic whey derivatives and one of Germany’s largest processors of liquid whey. Our traditional brand Paladin plays a central role in our cheese portfolio. For around 60 years, it has stood for unmistakably good flavour, traditional production and excellent product characteristics, such as the best sliceability and outstanding melting properties. The portfolio includes around 20 different types of cheese in various fat levels, shapes, sizes and packaging – produced for the cheese counter in retail as well as for bulk consumers, the catering trade and end consumers.
