In 1986 in Sicily, Grandpa Rocco turned his dream into reality by opening a small village bakery. With strong hands, patience, and devotion, he baked bread and pastries infused with love, tradition, and pride. Over time, the bakery grew into an artisanal workshop, giving life to leavened cakes and biscuits that expressed the authentic soul of Sicily. This passion passed naturally to the next generation.
