Our lamb is raised on our own estates, freely roaming outdoors and respecting natural cycles and animal welfare. The dehesas of Puebla de la Reina and the Sierra de Hornachos, in the Province of Badajoz, offer a privileged environment where lamb develops sustainably, resulting in tender, flavorful and authentic meat. This project is completed with Etiecca Olive Oil, a premium extra virgin olive oil crafted from carefully selected olive groves, produced with artisanal care and a strong international vision. We are the second generation of a family-owned business committed to bringing Extremadura’s finest products to the world, positioning them as gourmet references defined by origin, quality and excellence.
