Caseificio Longo is located in the beautiful Canavese valleys in the northern Piedmont, in Bosconero, a place known for its natural and artistic beauty, and its historical gastronomic delicacies. A story of passion for cheese, artisan skill and excellence since 1950: the quality of Longo cheeses is certified in compliance with the strictest international standards. Every day Caseificio Longo uses and works appr. 150 tons/day of Piedmont milk, totally collected daily by farms not farer than 50 km from our dairy plant.
