COREYSA embodies the flavor of over a century of olive oil tradition, inherited from Daniel Espuny Aleixendri, founder in 1917 of one of Spain's most established and long-standing olive oil producers. Daniel Espuny belonged to a Catalan family that owned olive oil mills as early as the 19th century. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to work in various Spanish provinces until he settled in Andalusia, where he and his brothers built a production and sales network for olive oil between Catalonia and Andalusia. His sons, Daniel and Joaquín, continued the family business, which is now run by his grandson, Joaquín Espuny, and his children. Five generations dedicated to olive oil. In the heart of Andalusia, where the land embraces the olive grove, in Osuna, lies a factory with the capacity to refine over 200,000 kg of olives daily (primarily sold in bulk) and to bottle 850,000 liters of oil annually.
