A family company, with more than 40 years of experience in traditional artisanal seafood products, using high quality ingredients, mostly from the estuaries (Galician Rías) in the North-west of Spain, famous for their abundance of fish and shellfish and the marine richness. We look for rational and sustainable harvesting of the marine resources, selecting the best quality ingredients and creating our own sauces, with no added preservatives or additives, for a wide variety of preparations: in olive oil or vegetable oil, brine, tomato, marinated, spicy... We comply with all required food safety standards (HACCP), thus ensuring that all our products reach the market with complete safety for consumers and with a high level of product quality that remains consistent throughout each campaign.
