TERROIR ALKARAMA is an agricultural cooperative established in 2011 and specialized in the valorization of olives and olive oil in the Béni Mellal-Khénifra region of Morocco. The cooperative operates through an aggregation model with local farmers, covering approximately 400 hectares of olive groves. It produces high-quality olive oil using both two-phase and three-phase extraction systems, as well as table olives and olive oil processing services. TERROIR ALKARAMA combines traditional expertise with modern production standards to ensure quality, traceability, and sustainability. Its products are marketed both nationally and internationally, including Europe, Canada, and the Gulf region.
