DeJong Cheese is a creamery from the Netherlands where quality, flexibility, and craftsmanship are of paramount importance. Established in 1995, we have been producing the tastiest Alphenaer cheeses from different types of milk with our master cheesemakers. Our cheeses are made to traditional recipes, a guarantee of perfection. It starts with the selection of the highest quality milk, which we collect from farms in the area. The branches we work with are retail, food service, and industry. We produce a diverse range of soft (goat) cheese specialties including fresh and ripened goat cheese, brie, crumbles, slices, spreads and curds. In addition to our well-known range of soft goat cheeses, we are proud to introduce our new hard goat cheeses in four varieties. We also have a nice selection of goat cheese for pizzas. And finally, our lactose-free goat milk and goat milk and yogurt for cats & dogs are new.
