Founded in 1970 and has passed down through three generations, Fermes Ali Sfar is a family business specialized in the production and marketing of organic olive oil. Fermes Ali Sfar has 3 farms that extend more than 1200 acres located at the base of the Zaghouan mountain in the northeast of Tunisia. The annual olive oil production is 800,000 liters of which 80% in bulk and 20% bottled. Our passion and deep connection to olive growing have been passed down from father to son, as an ancestral know-how and this is shown through our preservation of ancestral harvesting techniques and through our traditional extraction process. To satisfy the needs of its customers around the world, Fermes Ali Sfar has created its 2 brands Tesoro del Rio and Lahneya dedicated to providing different types of organic olive oil of the highest quality bottled as well as in Bulk.
