Hikari Miso is a miso paste manufacturer established in 1936 and the third-largest company in the miso paste industry. Our factory is located in Nagano Prefecture, known for its rich natural environment and clean, high-quality water, which is essential for miso production. We currently export our products to 59 countries worldwide, and our export business has been growing steadily each year. In the last fiscal year (October 2024 to September 2025), we achieved 114% growth compared to the previous year. We have obtained the international food safety certification FSSC 22000. By offering a wide range of products—including organic, Kosher, and Halal-certified items—we can serve many countries without relying heavily on any single market. In addition to miso, we also manufacture other products, such as cup noodles.
