Creating an exceptional delicacy requires a synergy of skills and
passion. It was with this in mind that IDALIA was founded in
November 2024 by : Gérard CABIRON, one of the best pastry Chefs
in France, Guilhem REMAOUN, and Yannick DE MAISONCELLE,
three entrepreneurs driven by the same passion for gastronomy
and innovation. Together, they combined their expertise to bring to
life a brand that combines tradition, quality, and creativity.
IDALIA’s flagship product are whole raspberries, picked at full ripeness and
immediately frozen to preserve their natural freshness. They are then
coated in two generous layers of premium chocolate and carefully prepared
in pots, ready to be enjoyed.
