As a pioneer in processed Wasabi, we were the first in the industry to develop fresh grated Wasabi in order to deliver the fresh, refreshing aroma of "Hon Wasabi" to our customers. Even today, we work with contracted farmers in Japan to create uncompromising ingredients and produce our products, placing our commitment to ingredients and quality first. We currently have 4 factories in Japan, and overseas bases in Los Angeles, New York, and　Frankfurt and we work hard every day to realize our philosophy of "Contributing to the health of humanity and improving food culture around the world through food."
