The exquisite flavour of Lingham’s stems from a secret and traditional recipe which has been preserved over the years. Only four ingredients are used - juicy red chili peppers, sugar, vinegar and salt. It contains no preservatives, no colouring matter, no artificial flavours or bulking material like tomato puree.
