Mazoon Dairy Company is one of the Sultanate of Oman’s leading national initiatives in the food industry. Established in 2015 as a strategic project within the framework of the nation’s food security, the company was founded under the umbrella of the Oman Food Capital (formerly the Oman Food Investment Holding Company). Its creation reflects the priorities of Oman Vision 2040, particularly in strengthening self-sufficiency and developing vital sectors. The company’s main facilities are located in Wilayat of As’Sunainah, Al Buraimi Governorate, spanning an area of 15 square kilometres. The location was carefully selected based on rigorous environmental and logistical criteria. Mazoon Dairy Company officially commenced operations on 19 October 2019. Guided by a comprehensive strategic vision, the company is committed to strengthening the national food security ecosystem and enhancing the contribution of the food industry sector to Oman’s economy.
