Since 1705 we have been milling wheat with pure passion from Romagna. In our 2 plants we produce over 60 types of flour grinding 450 tons of soft wheat per day (80% Italian, 25% from Romagna). We have dedicated an entire mill to the exclusive milling of certified organic and zero-mile wheat under Farinaria brand. All our flours are 100% natural, without the addition of enzymes and chemical agents.
