Pasta d'Alba is a family-run artisan pasta factory located in the heart of the Langhe region, northern Italy. We produce high-quality organic pasta in two separate facilities: one dedicated to traditional pasta, including whole grain varieties and recipes enriched with vegetables and spices, and a second laboratory certified for gluten-free production. We also offer a specialized range of organic pasta for baby food. Thanks to our flexible production approach, we collaborate with various brands, providing customized solutions and private label products. Our company operates in compliance with IFS certification standards, ensuring food safety, traceability, and consistent quality throughout the entire production process.
