Pastificio Di Bari Tarall'oro was born in 1982 as a producer of baked snacks and after growing requests the production of pasta was introduced. Then in 2014 the baked snacks are relaunched with important new features without losing its core business of artisan pasta. Di Bari pasta in different shapes and flavours is made exclusively from durum wheat semolina of the highest quality, bronze die cut and obtained by a process of slow drying at low temperature. This process allows the pasta to obtain a rough, porous and tough texture that provides excellent cooking resistance and retains better the sauces. The snacks (Taralli and other crakers) feature the use of high quality ingredients and an innovative production process that gives flavor and fragrance. The range is completed by a great selection of seasonings. The company boasts the following certifications: IFS, BRC, ISO 14001, OU KOSHER, ORGANIC, HALAL, VEGAN AND SMETA.
