The company was organized in 1985 with License-To-Operate number RDII-RXII-F-847. The processing plant is equipped with ice plant, chiller, cold storage, in-house laboratory for chemical and microbiological testing and waste water treatment facilities.
The harvesting area of the raw materials are within Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) or FAO ZONE 071 (Western Central Pacific Ocean and fishing fleets are approved by the competent authority.
The company's major export lines are fresh frozen yellowfin, big eye, bluefin, and other tuna-like species which are processed into saku fillets, steaks, loins, cubes, tail cuts, and minced meat which can be eaten as raw or cooked by the general public. These quality products have found their way in the supermarket shelves and fine dining restaurants in United States of America, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, and UAE.
