Now under the leadership of former owner, Tom Paterson and Mark Morley, Provincial Food Group is a growing business in the Goulburn Valley, Australia’s key food production region.
With state of the art manufacturing equipment and a dedicated team, the site supplies a significant amount of value-added meat products such as high-end wagyu burgers, meatballs for food service and beef bacon products for the Middle East market, as well as supplying, raw, diced and minced meat to other external food manufacturers.
