Since the 1960s, when the company was known as Scorpio Meats, Provincial Food Group has been producing safe, premium meat for domestic and export markets, and for the food manufacturing sector.
Now under the leadership of former owner, Tom Paterson and Mark Morley, Provincial Food Group is a growing business in the Goulburn Valley, Australia’s key food production region.
With state of the art manufacturing equipment and a dedicated team, the site supplies a significant amount of value-added meat products such as high-end wagyu burgers, meatballs for food service and beef bacon products for the Middle East market, as well as supplying, raw, diced and minced meat to other external food manufacturers.
